1、 inventy & excess rept. 每周物控会寄出一份呆料 rept，包括ee/me/pcba/bs，以及厂商端的成品、半成品、辅料，与物控确认其呆滞的原因，与采购确认是否可以砍掉呆滞的po，做好材料以备每周公司内部的excess例会。每月整理一份各个bu的inventy状况，针对超过30天未有异动的库存进行追踪处理，找到相对应的负责人催促其处理，并确定schedule 2、退运&转售管理. 针对b/s材料，每隔一周与华硕的苏州物控确认哪些呆滞材料可以安排退运。针对工厂自行购买的材料，当呆滞责任归属于客人时候，则需对此材料进行转售（或者报废 3、报废管理。针对停产后的机种呆料，当确认归属于华硕客人责任，且客人同意报废之后，则会去在sap系统上申请报废，并跟近签合，同时通知前端业务收取费用，待签合结束后备好相关材料与仓库确认，确保材料及时转账转仓。 4、针对呆滞责任归属，与客户谈判在机种停产后，工厂会针对该机种的呆料情况寄出一份final版本的rept，按照之前与客人协商好的excess认列规则与华硕客户谈责任归属。 5、盘点。年中和年终盘点，机种停产之后的报废以及转售盘点。
