（ ）劳动者在试用期间被证明不符合录用条件 Employee proved to be not qualified during the probation period
（ ）劳动者严重违反用人单位规章制度 Employee seriously violated the rules and regulations of the employer
（ ）劳动者严重失职，营私舞弊给用人单位造成重大损害Employee conducted graft or serious dereliction of duty, which caused significant damage to the employer
（ ）劳动者同时与其他用人单位建立劳动关系，对完成本单位的工作任务造成严重影响，或者经用人单位提出拒不改正Employee established labor relations with another employer(s) at the same time, which seriously impacted the task completion for the employer, or refused to correct after being raised by the employer
（ ）劳动者原因致劳动合同无效It’s the employee who caused the labor contract to be invalid
（ ） 劳动者被依法追究刑事责任 Employee has been investigated for criminal liability according to law
（ ） 劳动者医疗期满后不能从事原工作，也不能从事由用人单位另行安排的工作Employee cannot engage in the original work after the expiration of medical treatment, and cannot be engaged in the work of the employer to be arranged separately.
（ ） 劳动者不胜任工作，经培训或调整工作岗位Employee is not qualified to the work after training or adjustment of work
