Painting Supervisor/ 喷涂/喷漆/涂装主管
Shanghai BurmingNash Consulting is a leading provider of HR Consulting Services, we provide professional service within the industry and focuses in Shanghai. Now we are looking for a Painting Supervisor for a WOFE company in Shanghai. The role will directly report to the Production Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, directing, controlling Painting & Powder Coating Operations to achieve company's goals and objectives.
1 Primary Responsibility
1) Plan manufacturing team to support company goals and objectives.
2) Lead operation to achieve production output, cost and quality requirements.
3) Do budget planning and control production expenses.
4) Set target for manufacturing team and lead team to achieve goals.
2 Secondary Responsibility
1) Lead engineers to solve technical issues on Painting & Powder Coating process and Assembly process.
2) Provide coaching and training to develop subordinates.
3) Provide support while searching and developing new business opportunities with potential customers.
4) Assist and coordinate new project activities between Project Managers and other Operational groups.
Key Requirements:
1 Education Qualification
1) University degree in engineering faculty
2 Knowledge & Skills
1) Can read and write in English, simple oral English
2) Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
3) Experience in the manufacturing of plastic pats and assemblies
4) Individual should possess and continue to develop most of the following success qualities:
