Job Responsibilities:
· Perform package conversion/device change.
· Line m/c trouble shooting on time and keep all machine good status.
· Machine critical / repeat alarm tracking and improvement.
· Perform machine shift/daily/weekly/Monthly PM.
· Machine 6S control to keep well / safety environment.
· Line quality issue troubleshooting on time and prevent to repeat issue.
· LVM/HVM loading support and performance tracking.
· Maintain a good control of tooling / spare parts usage.
Job Requirements:
· 2 years or more working experience of IC assembly processes.
· Junior college above university degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical)
· Understand DA ESEC/AD8912SD machine operation system and configure.
· Understand DA series machine working flow & theory and key factors of CTQ.
· Capability problem solving on basic process defects and quality issue.
· Generate PM & calibration strictly base on schedule &. Specification.
· Good mindset and decision.
