Job Title: Social Compliance Specialist/Coordinator
Responsibilities - general
1. Manage project based assignment when requested根据要求管理项目
2. Facilitate factory audits and ensure successful execution of audit plan协助进行工厂审核，确保审核计划成功进行
3. Support tracking and reporting issues 项目跟踪及报告
4. Produce regular management reports定期完成项目管理报告
5. Communication with supplier and HK legal team on regular issues定期与供应商及香港法律团队沟通
6. Complete and assist other projects or jobs assigned by department manager完成并协助完成部门经理交办的其他项目或工作
Responsibilities – specific to
1. Contact factories to affix factory audit appointments and help complete the full factory evaluation reports 与工厂沟通确认验厂计划并协助完成工厂评估报告
2. Prepare compliance management reports, maintain the compliance database record and update records when necessary准备合规管理报告，维护数据及记录并在必要时更新记录
3. Support organization of training, workshop or other work event组织培训、研讨会或其他工作相关的活动
4. Collect and update relative national or local laws and regulations to guide and communicate with factories收集及更新国家或地方相关的法律法规，并与工厂沟通，提供指导
5. Manage and maintain the storage of audit documentation管理及维护存储的审计文件
6. Translation of reports, news and other documents when requested根据要求翻译报告、新闻及其他文件
7. Support research on work related subject when requested根据要求为工作相关的调研提供支持
Competencies/Skills required
Must
1. Good coordination skill良好的协调能力
2. Strong computer skill with full command in MS applications熟悉掌握MS软件
3. Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English (written and spoken)流利的普通话、粤语及英语（读写）
4. Ability to communicate and transfer knowledge to different target audiences良好的沟通能力并能把知识在不同受众中传授的能力
5. Observant, open minded, attention to details细心、开放、关注细节
6. Excellent teamwork spirit and be able to work independently优秀的团队合作精神；能独立开展工作
Prefer
1. CET6 or TEM 8 大学英语六级或专业英语八级
Education/Experience
Must
1. College degree or above大专以上学历
2. 2 years or above working experience with at least 1 year in corporate social compliance or related field 两年以上工作经验且至少一年从事企业社会合规或相关方面的经验
3. Familiar with compliance relative laws and regulations熟悉与合规相关的法律法规
Prefer
1. Working experience in MNC外企工作经验
2. Related experience in environment, quality assurance, health and safety 环境、质量保障、健康与安全相关领域工作经验
