Responsibilities:
Visitors welcoming, represents project image as the first contact;
Receive and screen all incoming calls, transfer appropriate calls to relevant people or back up person;
Schedule meeting rooms and office equipments effectively;
Collect, sort, distribute mails/ packages/ couriers;
Order office stationeries and always keep sufficient stock for daily operation;
Book air-tickets, hotel rooms as requested and be in alliance with company Travel Policy;
Prepare expense report for office misc. expenses, if necessary
Update the internal telephone directory and save on common drive;
Always keep the reception area nice and comfortable for both colleagues and visitors;
Contact vendors for office equipments repair and maintenance;
Do internal translation as requested

Requirements:
College degree or above
One year working experience will be a plus
Good command of English both in oral and written
Good PC skills in MS Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.

Good service attitude, details oriented, strong team work spirit
