职位描述

Purpose of the Job:
1) To be an active member in building up a in-house knowledge centre to provide current, accurate and insightful market information addressing the industry sectors serviced by the Industrial Business Unit (BU).
2) To intelligently and methodically collect, map, and store the market information within the industry sectors and then sharing with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
3) To develop and maintain relationship with internal and external data source.
4) To be a key member in building up Jebsen's MIU(Market Intelligence Unit) reputation internally and externally.


Main Tasks:
1) Help Market Intelligence Manager to establish and optimize the internal MIU (Market Intelligence Unit) function which be positioned to provide solid and reliable industry/product/market knowledge to internal and external customers.
2) To collect, verify data from different sources(consulting firm, research agency, association) to analyze and translate in appliable market insights.
3) To plan, design, manage and execute a variety of intiatives to enlarge the reputation of Jebsen MIU(Market Intelligence Unit). Included but not limited to write and issue articles/reports on external authority weibsite/magazine, sharing insightful market knowledge to customer/principal, post market comments/reports on Jebsen's website, etc.
4) Work closely with MIM(Market Intelligence Manager), BDM (Business development Manager), and DM(Business Department Manager) to support them on knowledge learning, data/information mining and trade-interview arranging/execution.
5) To join the external seminar, webinar, conference and tradshow relavant with the industries that Jebsen serviced and participated.
6) Other ad-hoc tasks when requested.


Requirement:
1) 1-2 years experience in market analysis, market research or industry analysis from consulting, market research firm would be clearly desired. or Fresh graduate major in Marketing, Business, Economic, Finance with strong logical thinking and analytical mind woule be acceptable.
2) Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance/Economics, Engineering or related analytical fields.
3) Fluent in English (Reading & Writing) & Mandarin Chinese (Oral & Writing).
4) Strong skill in excel, powerpoint. Knowledge in database management will be a plus.
5) Have MNC and/or industrial experience will be an advantage.
6) Attentive to details, well-organised and multi-tasks with good time management
7) Strong interpersonal skills.
8) Good analytical, problem solving and report writing skills.
9) Energetic and positive attitude with innovative mindset.
