Key responsibilities:
1.Comply with Porshce workshop manual,technical information,etc,in accordance with the related workshop processes and guidelines
2.Accomplish the related Porsche technician certificate training courses and passed them,support other technicians on their certificates
3.Support technicians on their daily jobs effectively,work as a technical consultant for office workers(non-technical) additionally
4.Participate test driving of vehicle before repair and after repair,supervise workshop repair quality
5.Analyze poor repair quality cause and then make a solution and action plan,convey them to technicians
6.Provide technicians training course support
7.Inspect customers’ broken-down vehicles on site sometimes
Job qualifications.
1.3-5 years vehicle repair experience in 4S centre of luxury brand
2.Independently complete vehicle diagnosing-repair-troubleshooting work,have a good driving ability with valid driving license
3.Above college graduation,majored in automobile or related speciality,senior lever of technician certificate issued by Shanghai City Occupation Skill Appraisal Guidance Centre.
4.honest,modest,confident,motivated,can work with pressure and seek out solution actively
5.Be good at MS office,mandarin,English is preferred
6.Good communication skill
工作职责
1.严格遵守保时捷的维修手册、技术信息等通告完成技术工作，遵循相关保时捷流程和指南
2.参加保时捷的技师认证培训并顺利完成认证考核要求，并为其他技师提供认证支持和咨询
3.为维修车间技师团队提供可靠的技术支持，为非技术类岗位职员提供技术咨询
4.参与车辆维修前、后的试车并现场监督车间车辆维修质量
5.分析造成维修车辆内返、外返的质量原因，制定解决方案和行动计划并传达给技师团队
6.收集最新的与技师相关的技术信息和通告，并有效地传达给技师团队
7.为技师的内、外训培训课程提供培训支持
8.必要时，为客户提供车辆故障现场维修支持
职位要求：
1.3-5年在中高端4S店的汽车维修经验
2.能独立自主地诊断、维修并排除车辆故障，持有效驾照，会开车
3.最低为大专学历，汽车工程技术或相关专业背景，持高级汽车维修证书
4.为人诚实可靠，自信进取，抗压能力强，遇到困难能主动寻求解决方案
5.熟练使用MS Office软件，普通话流利，具有英语沟通能力更佳
6.善于沟通，良好的人际交往能力
