职位描述

Job Responsibilities:

New product test offload, correlation run and data analysis.
New hardware, test program, test equipment buy off and release to production.
Internal documentations release corresponding to customer SPEC update (Test instruction release for BOM update etc) and operator/technician training.
Support manufacturing to ensure smooth production, line issue troubleshooting (Program, load board and setup issue etc), engineering solution.
Golden/correlation device generation and tester MSA.
Abnormal lots handling such as low yield, QA failure and high OS lots, daily KPI monitoring and customer reporting.
Drive product testing improvement such as yield enhancement, test time reduction, program optimization and setup down time reduction etc.

Job Requirements:

BS, MS in Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent
At least 2 years experience in test engineering and production environment, familiar with Visual C++, UNIX etc, good apps skills on Teradyne and Verigy platforms.
Familiar with data analysis tools, JMP, stdf analysis tool etc.
Customer orientated mindset, good team work.
Fluent in English.
