Key Job Accountabilities:
1.Provide technical guidance for technicians in the area of repair, calibration, trouble-shooting, preventive maintenance of equipment
2.Provide continuous technical training for technicians making them more competent in their jobs
3.Establish an intensive periodic preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment operates in optimum manner
4.Work closely with vendors, other department personnel on ways of upgrading
5.Supervise installation of all new equipment per specifications
6.Track maintenance cost (spares, tools, EST) and control the movements of spare part stocks
7.Participate and generate continuous quality improvement programs related to operational excellence, Especially in the areas related to equipment performance
8.Maintain a high disciplined group of technical people
9.Set up measurable down time records and take corrective actions to minimize the equipment down time
10.To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor
11.To ensure MC and employee works on good environment
12.Routine reviews with Production Supervisors/Shift Leaders to identify potential equipment defects or maintenance requirements.
13.Develop the equipment on capability and cost improvement.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
1.College or University Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
2.3 or more years experience in a similar position in a high volume operation in in semicon Assembly and Test indusrty.
3.Communication/ coordination skill
4.Supervisory skill
5.English skill (fluent in speaking and writing)
6.Operational knowledge of equipment
