Overall Purpose of Job:
-Sales rebates controlling
-Customer credit controlling
-L/C management
-Analyze A/R aging report up to achieve target
-Avoid bad debit risk
Main Tasks -
-Customer master maintenance and charging customer Interest and late delivery fee.
-Goods release for SH & East China. Customer account netting and clearing.
-Dunning Letter.
-Collection overdue statement feedback
-Review all USD sales contracts and give the feedback to sales. Check the L/C application form whether match with the clause of the sales contract. Check the original L/C received whether match with the L/C application form. Check all the documentations for L/C from CSU and DC (Quality certificate, Quantity certificate, Bill of Loading of shipment of Bill of Loading of WGQ, Certificate of Origin.) Prepare all documentations for L/C will be submitted and negotiated (Invoice, Insurance, Packing List, Shipping Notice, fumigation certificate, Guarantee, Beneficiary stating)
-Check dealer OEM rebate or incentive ,dealer OEM turnover
-Other A/R daily controlling and booking review
-Perform other jobs as assigned.
Tools, equipment and work aids:
-SAP & BW, PC Lotus 123 and Microsoft office programs
-Essential equipment deemed necessary to execute tasks as and whenever justified
-Transportation for any assigned fieldwork
B PROFILE
Education and training:
?Degree holder in Business Administration, International trading from a recognized university in or outside China.
?Good command in oral and written Chinese & English.
?Other languages or dialects will be an advantage.
Experiences:
?Minimum 5 years in Finance Administration preferably in International Company.
?Be good at making finance reports.
?Familiar with financial analytical, especially those trading related modules.
?Be good at office tools.
?Experience in SAP & BW is better.
