Overall Purpose of Job:
-Provide A/P Accounting Service
-Support Internal Control
-Support Financial Statements
-Support Cost Analysis
Main Tasks
-Sundry debtor/creditor account clearing
-Create and maintain service/employee vendor in SAP
-Prepare vender aging analysis reports
-Follow up missing vendor invoices
-Manage accrual
-Verify and reconcile tax accounts in SAP (VAT/EIT/IIT/BT)
-Accounting monthly report binder
-CEO/CFO cost binder
-Review reimbursement claim bookkeeping
-Review payment voucher and bookkeeping for service vendor
-IS center report
-Issue debit/credit note for group charge
-Capacity cost analysis.
-Perform other jobs as assigned.
Tools, equipment and work aids:
-SAP & BW, PC Lotus 123 and Microsoft office programs
-Essential equipment deemed necessary to execute tasks as and whenever justified
-Transportation for any assigned fieldwork
Education and training:
?Degree holder in Accountancy from a recognized university in or outside China.
?Good command in oral and written Chinese & English.
?Other languages or dialects will be an advantage.
Experiences:
?Minimum 3 years in Finance Administration preferably in International Company.
?Be good at making finance reports.
?Familiar with financial analytical knowledge and skills.
?Be good at office tools.
?Experience in SAP & BW is better.
