Overall Purpose of Job:
-Handling of sales within assigned business scope within the framework of the strategies and policies of the company.
Responsibilities:
Policies and Procedures
-Implementation of sales policies, procedures and systems in order to ensure compliance with corporate policies and provide working guidelines for the sales team.
Client Relationship Development & Maintenance
-Create and maintain good relationship with customers.
Sales Activities
-According to sales target, work out sales strategy and sales budget in district heating market. After review and approve by the management, carry out the qualitative and quantitative tasks in respect of policies and the authority assigned
Account Receivables (A/R)
-Monitor account receivable balance on a monthly basis; follow up with customers on outstanding balances and ensure that customers pay as per terms in order to help manage cash flow and reduce potential bad debts.
External Relations
-Maintain good relationship with end user, KA, dealers, design institute, consulting firms, and authorities.
JOB PROFILE
Education and training
-Diploma or degree holder in HVAC or mechanical and electronic engineering
-Fluent in oral and written Chinese & English
-Other languages or dialects will be an advantage
Experiences
- At least 5-8 years’ experience in project/channel sales in pump or related industry
-3-5 year experience with liquid equipment/control panels’ maintenance/consultancy/sales works in cooling system will be an advantage.
